Brittany: top 5 under £500 May half term holidays

Just a short hop away Brittany is an uber family-friendly destination with its beautiful coastline, sandy beaches and interesting towns. There is plenty to keep children happy from aquariums, zoos & wildlife parks to castles and interactive museums. Siblu has a 2 bedroom holiday home sleeping 6 at the Domaine de Kerlann Village, Brittany from £50 a night if booked by the 29 March. This Village is situated among cycle friendly woodland and is just a short drive to stunning beaches, old towns and fishing ports. Kids will enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, 3 free children’s clubs, 5 outdoor playgrounds and evening entertainment. Stay in a Dominican Friary in Yorkshire this February half term | Beverley Hostel YHA

Ever stayed in a Friary? Didn’t know you could/never ever crossed your mind? Then this is a great budget hosteling option for your family this February half term. Having recently undergone a £340,000 refurbishment, the Beverley Friary in Yorkshire is a 600 year old restored Dominican friary. It’s an interesting building with many of the original features retained including medieval and Tudor wall paintings and murals.
